Order Modifications

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
Due to our quick processing times, address changes can be challenging once an order is placed. If you need to change your address, please contact us immediately with your name and order number. While we can't guarantee changes, especially after dispatch, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Processing and Shipping

How long is the processing period?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Most orders ship within 24 hours, though it can extend to 3 days during busy periods.

General Shipping Information
We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, with tracking information provided shortly after. Delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from 5 to 25 days.

Where do you ship? Currently, we only ship to the United States, New Zealand and Australia. Stay tuned for updates on more international shipping options.

Will my order come in one package?
Large orders may arrive in separate packages, potentially 1 to 2 business days apart.

What if an item is out of stock or backordered?
You will be notified via email if any items are out of stock with an estimated restock date. Items not restocked within 2 weeks are automatically refunded.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy to guide you through the process hassle-free. Otherwise contact us with your name and order number for further assistance. We're here to help resolve any issues with damaged items.

Tracking

How can I track my order?
Use the "Track My Order" feature on our website. Enter your tracking number for the latest update. If you encounter any issues, our team is ready to assist.

My tracking number isn't working. Why?
Tracking numbers may not update for international orders due to foreign postal systems. Domestic tracking should work; if not, please contact us for support.

The tracking says delivered, but I haven't received my order
For U.S. orders, delivery issues are handled by USPS. Contact them at (800) 275-8777 for assistance. For missing or damaged items, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery for support.
