Return/Refund Policy

RETURN DEADLINE

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for return: items that have been used or opened, items not in their original condition or packaging, items with missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos or video evidence of the fault. This allows us to assess the issue quickly and offer an appropriate resolution — which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund. Send evidence to info@supportyoleeglow.com with your name and order number.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Yolee Glow cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during return. Please contact us before sending any return so we can confirm the correct return address.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within a certain number of days and automatically applied to your original payment method. If you believe your refund is delayed, check your bank account first, then contact your card provider, as processing times vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at info@supportyoleeglow.com.

EXCHANGES

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us via the Contact Us page. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
